AOC Responds to MTG's Attack on Her Citizenship: 'I'm Taller Than Her'
  • AOC responded to Marjorie Taylor Greene saying she didn't "embrace our American ways" and was a "little communist."
  • "First of all, I'm taller than her," the Democratic congresswoman wrote on Twitter.
  • Greene was a featured speaker at former President Trump's Ohio rally on Saturday.
GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia has long played up her antagonistic attitude toward Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, routinely attacking the congresswoman for her support of progressive legislation like the Green New Deal.

Before former President Donald Trump's first post-presidential rally in Wellington, Ohio, on Saturday, she took her time onstage to once again attack Ocasio-Cortez, deriding the two-term lawmaker as "the little communist from New York City."

After the crowd booed, Greene agreed with the crowd and suggested that Ocasio-Cortez should be jailed.

"Yeah, lock her up too. That's a good idea," Greene said. "She's not an American. She really doesn't embrace our American ways. Not at all."

Ocasio-Cortez, 31, was born in the Bronx, a borough of New York City.
