Former President Donald Trump wants his supporters to carry plastic "Trump Cards" to demonstrate their support for him, but critics have noted how one of the designs bears a resemblance to Nazi insignia.

... One of the designs, which features a gold eagle, is "reminiscent of the Nazi Parteiadler, or party eagle," The Times said.

The Trump card features a bald eagle, the national bird of the United States, looking to its right.

"The Great Seal of America" features a left-facing eagle, whereas the Nazi-era Reichsadler, or Imperial Eagle, is represented by an eagle look over its right shoulder.

... This is not the first time a product from Trump's campaign website has come under fire because of its perceived similarities to a Nazi symbol.

In July 2020, Forward noted that an America First t-shirt for sale on the Trump Make America Great Again Committee website looked similar to a Nazi eagle.
